Frequently Asked Questions

Clear answers to the most common questions from business owners, buyers, investors and franchise brands considering working with Valora.

Selling a Business

How does Valora keep a sale confidential?

We treat every sale as confidential. Identifying details are only shared with specifically suitable buyers under appropriate confidentiality expectations, and never published without your recorded permission.

Do I need to commit before speaking with you?

No. The first conversation is exploratory and confidential. A formal engagement only begins once both parties agree in writing.

Do you value my business?

We provide an initial commercial valuation view to support discussion. Where a formal valuation is required for legal or financing purposes, we coordinate with a qualified professional.

Buying a Business

Can I see a list of available businesses?

Approved teaser opportunities are shown without identifying details. Full information is shared only once we confirm suitability and confidentiality expectations are in place.

What do you need from a buyer?

We ask for basic details, preferred sectors and markets, budget, and an indication of funds availability so we can match you to relevant opportunities.

Franchise Expansion

Do you represent franchise brands or franchisees?

We represent established brands seeking franchisees, master franchisees and market-entry partners, and we also support candidates seeking the right brand for a territory.

Can you help me franchise my own brand?

Yes. We support brands considering franchising across the UAE, India and international markets, from positioning through to territory and partner discussions.

Cross-Border & Investment

Which markets do you focus on?

Our primary corridors are India–UAE, UAE–India, and international brands entering the region. We also support UAE companies seeking overseas partners.

Do you guarantee investment or introductions?

No. We facilitate commercial introductions. Any transaction remains subject to independent review, due diligence and agreement between the parties.
