Confidentiality Notice

How Valora handles confidential information shared by business owners, buyers, investors and franchise brands.

Last updated · July 2026

Purpose

Valora operates as a confidential commercial brokerage. This notice explains how information shared during an enquiry or engagement is treated before a formal confidentiality agreement is signed.

Scope of Confidential Information

Confidential information includes the identity of a business for sale, acquisition interests, investment intentions, franchise expansion plans, financial details, ownership structures, and any commercially sensitive material you share with us.

Our Obligations

  • We do not publish seller, buyer or investor names without recorded permission.
  • We do not disclose identifying details except to specifically suitable parties in connection with a relevant opportunity.
  • We restrict access to enquiry records to authorised staff through role-based permissions.
  • We store secrets and credentials server-side and never expose them in front-end code.

Limits

This notice describes general practice. It is not a substitute for a formal Non-Disclosure Agreement. For transactions involving detailed financial or operational disclosure, Valora will typically enter into a written confidentiality agreement before sensitive material is exchanged. Confidentiality does not extend to information that is already public, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law.

Duration

Confidentiality expectations apply during an enquiry and continue after an engagement ends, for as long as the information remains non-public.

Every business, acquisition and expansion opportunity begins with a confidential conversation. To request a formal confidentiality agreement, contact info@valoraconsulting.biz.
